Saturday 19th September

Now into our second day here in Roquebrune sur argens. It's so peaceful here and feels so distant from stresses of the last few days of trekking up hills. We left the site at 8.45 this morning and walked the 30 minutes flat walk into town. A really charming town with medieval streets and a 10th century church. Had a relaxing coffee or two in the square. On the way back we found a delightful secondhand shop, where we browsed but agreed not to buy anything.Also noticed the large number of art galleries. A charming town. well worth visiting. Unfortunately When eating her butty one of barbs front teeth boke off she now looks a bit gummy in the front but has declared that she'll just have to keep her mouth shut. Every cloud has a silver lining as they say.
