Kaikoura

We arrived in Kaikoura yesterday after a 5 hour drive from Oamara. The motel we are staying in is pleasant and quite roomy and after a quick look around we found Kaikoura to be a very interesting place with lots of sea life and surrounding mountains. We really enjoyed this mornings Whale watch that was a xmas present off Tim and Shanti. We saw two whales in detail and saw another one diving to the bottom of the ocean. We also saw loads of Albatross and other sea birds.
We are here for s total of four nights and are hoping to go on some good walks and see some more sea lions and dolphins.
