6th & 7th October. Two nights in Vieste.

When we arrived in Vieste we were so glad we'd had some time in Peschici as Vieste did not quite match up to our expectations. Most of the acsi sites were on the West Side of towm. After cycling to the Eastern side we discovered the this was much nicer. With a great view of the town and a lovely beach if we ever returned here that's were we would head to. The town itself is quite nice in parts but you have to wander the old sections to appreciate it. Some great restaurants. When we cycled the Eastern beach there were lots of sostas and campsites still open. Our site is good with a swimming pool and free washing machines. All 5 were being used at 8am in the morning and were constantly in use throughout the day as people took advantage of them being free. However we have decided to move on tomorrow.
