Still on gold coast

Just to clarify for those who don't know, we are at present staying with Barbs sister Anne and her partner Geoff at Robinna on the gold coast. Every morning we are up before 6am ready for our walk down at south Burleigh or Varsity lake, next to the beautiful Bond university. After this we leave home around 8:30 for a trip either in the seashore or the countryside. We've now visited some great places. Yesterday we visited Sanctuary cove, an exclusive golfing complex with a classy marina dominated by huge expensive boats. From there we went to Paradise point and The Spit near Southport and Surfers. Last night we went to the Surf club at Burleigh and had a nice meal. Today we went back into the mountains taking in Beechmont lookout, Canungra, where we had a morning coffee. Later we drove to Tambourine mountain and the Skywalk Rainforrest centre. On the way home we stopped at Yatala for its famous Yatala pies.
