Just arrived at Marone on Lake Iseo, recently described in The Telegraph as Italy's best kept secret. Absolutely beautiful, but sites still rather busy here compared to Garda. Had an audience of about 30 watching me position the bus onto a tight pitch . I swear everyone was willing me to hit a tree, not today folks, did it majestically with no problems. Jumped out and declared it good afternoon entertainment for everyone, they all laughed but know it's going to be trickier getting out. They'll be back in a couple of days for the second leg Weather warm but overcast.
